Zamfara

Zamfara is named after a state in northwestern Nigeria.  She is not as bold as her sister Zaria, but this large lioness can look quite intimidating as she guards her enclosure mates with a fierce look in her eye.  She has been nicknamed the resident Bouncer of Dambwa by staff! Zamfara has never really been a huge fan of human company, but she does love life with her enclosure mates, Zaria, Dendi, Madoda, Zambezi, and Munali.
