Namwala

Namwala is named after the town of the same name, located in the Southern Province of Zambia.  When Namwala arrived at Livingstone, like her sister Kasama, she was a super-fluffy cub!  She is easily identified by her pale coat, marking her out from the rest of the pride.  Namwala is one of the gentler lions at Livingstone.  She spooks easily, and can lose her food to her more dominant enclosure mates such as Kasama.   Namwala enjoys play hunting, pouncing on her pride mates when they’re not looking!
