Munali

This very friendly lion is named after the residential area of Munali, which lies in the north-eastern region of Lusaka and is home to the University of Zambia.  Munali is highly sociable, getting on well with her enclosure mates, Zaria, Zamfara, Madoda, Zambezi and Dendi.  This confident girl also enjoys human company.  Her sociable nature mean she plays an important role as the ‘social glue’ that bonds this highly cohesive pride together.
